Who is the service suitable for?
For installers, specialist firms and commercial clients who want to outsource planning, quotation and registration around PV and heat pumps. We work behind the scenes – you deal with the customer.
What does the technical PV planning include?
3D module layout and string planning, inverter and storage sizing, year-round shading analysis plus yield and profitability forecast – with your components and prices, on request as a complete, ready-to-send quote.
Which software is supported?
PV planning with PV*SOL, mounting system and structural analysis with K2 Base or AeroCompact, heat pump sizing with Reonic – or directly in your own in-house software. On request we connect to your system via access and pull the projects, without constant emailing.
How quickly do I receive my planning documents?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours. At peak times we have produced up to 1,750 quotes per day – we scale quickly.
What does it cost?
Planning and quotes from €5–10 net (from 1,000 units). For smaller quantities and individual projects we're glad to prepare an individual offer.
Are there ongoing costs or minimum volumes?
No. No basic fee, no subscription, no minimum volume: costs only arise when you actually commission us. You don't need to keep your own planning staff and carry no fixed-cost blocks when things get quieter.
How secure is my customer and project data?
We treat all data strictly confidentially and use it solely to process your order. We store it only as long as we need it for that and delete it afterwards. Hosting is exclusively on servers in Germany.
Can I integrate the planning directly into my sales process?
Yes. Quotes come as white label in your layout and under your letterhead, on request with direct connection to your software. Your sales team receives documents it can use directly in customer meetings.
